Yoga is a profound part of the Vedic culture. Yoga practices underlie at the heart of all Hinduism (Sanskrit "Sanatan Dharma") schools. Sanatana Dharma means "the eternal law" - the law of all beings’ evolution.

Meeting with Satchitananda Ganapati

Ganapati Satchitananda Swamiji is one of the spiritual leaders of Hinduism, carrying humanity ideals of Vedic culture. He heads centers (ashrams) in many countries, the largest of which is located in Mysore (India); and is known for his healing meditation music concerts. He has visited many countries around the world with these concerts.

August 27, 2013 in Tver, Swami Vishnudevananda Giri met with Satchitananda Ganapati. During the meeting they discussed spirituality and the position of the Hindus in Russia and other countries.

Satchitananda Ganapati supported and signed a resolution «New interfaith ethics foundations for all the spiritual people of the world in the 3rd millennium» stressing the importance of interfaith dialogue and spiritual friendship for all the people around the world. He expressed deep appreciation and approval of the mission, which serve Swami Vishnudevananda Giri and his disciples; and accepted an invitation to visit the Congress Parliament of Religions in 2015.

On his next visit to Russia he promised to visit Divya Loka, and in turn invited Swami Vishnudevananda Giri students to visit his ashram in Mysore.

The canonical text of the Advaita tradition "Yoga Vasistha" as a memorable gift was given to Swami Satchitananda Ganapati.
