Yoga is a profound part of the Vedic culture. Yoga practices underlie at the heart of all Hinduism (Sanskrit "Sanatan Dharma") schools. Sanatana Dharma means "the eternal law" - the law of all beings’ evolution.

Visiting Ramakrishna Ashram in the US

The Center for Vedic Culture Divya Loka represented by Swami Vishnudevananda Giri, monks and accompanying laypeople visited Ramakrishna ashram, located near the Hollywood Hills in the quarter named «Vedanta Ter» near Los Angeles on July 28, 2013.

They talked about issues on traditions, spirituality and interfaith relations. After the talk, the abbot of Ramakrishna Ashram showed his guests the main relic. It was a huge book containing all the four Vedas in Sanskrit; and gave to Swami the texts of Ramakrishna and a book written by him.
